We will start this journey with our sacred Heart, because she is the first portal to our inner wisdom, in presence and in safety she will guides us slowly deeper down in our bodies all the way to the belly. The belly is the space through which we process emotions, where we process the food we eat that is given to us by the Mother, the place where we can consciously connect with her womb, that of the Cosmic Mother and our own womb, our own inner place of creation. 

Here we carry the seeds of our dreams of what we want to give birth to in our life.

Our belly is where we carry the inner child, while simultaneously becoming a mother to it;

Here, we learn to carry ourselves. 

We will work with the gatekeeper of our womb, grandmother Cervix through listening to her, to connect her to the warmth and full embrace of our heart. When she feels safe within, and if we choose to sink all the way down, with presence, she opens and we enter the landscapes of intelligence and ancient wisdom of the womb. Because only if we are present within this place, we can deeply listen and connect with the web of creation that weaves together all of life.

Here we welcome trust because it is here that we can feel how supported we are by everything that is given to us 

Here we can integrate all we receive and allow it to form the fertile soil from which everything can grow within us 

Here we find a doorway to knowing: a knowing that arises from feeling all of life deep within. Knowing our womb as a sacred space where we can rest, where we can listen, where we can be and where we can feel our way through life – we become more intimately connected with ourselves and with the guiding forces from the truth of our being.

Here you come home to yourself and in that, come home to the world. 

Here, you awaken the seeds from which you can grow and bloom into the beautiful Self that you are.
